Installation

PL7V45 Service Pack 1 (SP1) can only be installed on a workstation with version V4.5 of PL7 Pro, Junior, or Micro.


 	1 - Installing PL7 V4.5 update products

	1.1 on a PL7 version V4.4
	=========================
		1. Check that the PL7 version prior to V4.4 has been installed 
	   	on the PC. If not, install it before continuing.

		2. Restart the PC.

		4. Install the PL7 V4.5 software application by following the installation instructions. 
		   Use F:\PL7V45\setup.exe to start installing the application, F being the CD-ROM drive.
           	
		5. Install the SP1 software   
		   Use F:\PL7V45SP1\setup.exe to start installing the application, F being the CD-ROM drive.
		   Once the software is installed, the PL7 application is identified as PL7 V4.5/SP1, as indicated 
		   in the "About..." box in the main menu. ".

		6. You obtain permanent user rights for the PL7 V4.5 and SP1 software application.
 

	1.2 on a PL7 version prior to V4.4

		1. Check that the PL7 version prior to V4.4 has been installed 
	   	on the PC. If not, install it before continuing.

		2. Restart the PC.

		4. Install the PL7 V4.5 software application by following the installation instructions. 
		   Use F:\PL7V45\setup.exe to start installing the application, F being the CD-ROM drive.
           	
		5. Install the SP1 software   
		   Use F:\PL7V45SP1\setup.exe to start installing the application, F being the CD-ROM drive.
		   Once the software is installed, the PL7 application is identified as PL7 V4.5/SP1, as indicated 
		   in the "About..." box in the main menu. ".
