Hotfix_56445_55173_58223_56144_Vista

This Hotfix includes fixes for the following SCRs:
1. SCR 56445 - When an event is acknowledged in the Vista Global Event Viewer, the cursor changes to an hourglass and stays like that until Vista is restarted.
2. SCR 55173 - The Vista scrolling graph display object leaks memory, so if a Vista diagram that includes this type of object is left open for an extended period of time, Vista will eventually crash.
3. SCR 58223 - The number of data log viewers in a single Vista diagram was limited to the hard-coded value of 60. This has been increased to 100.
4. SCR 56144 - The Vista menu item 'Alert on Comm Errors for Disabled Devices' does not work as expected. Even if this option is unchecked, you will still see a popup warning dialog if a diagram with objects linked to a disabled device is opened.

To deploy:
1. Shut down any instances of Vista.
2. Rename the existing vista.exe in the \system\bin directory.
3. Copy in the updated version of vista.exe

The hot fix needs to be applied on application servers and engineering clients.
