General Preferences

This section of the S1 Studio preferences let you set commonly changed options which affect how the software operates.

To do this:

1. Select Options > Preferences from the main menu bar.
2. Expand the Application menu and select the General option.
3. The general preferences dialog box is arranged in two main sections: General and Advanced.
4. The preferences in the general section are normally self-explanatory, but additional information is provided for these settings:

   Close Start Page after System load

   Reopen Last System after start-up

   Show disclaimer notice at start-up

   Default folder for system files

5. To change the default systems folder, click the Browse... button and locate the folder you wish to use by default.
